New Patient Info
Our primary goal with patients is to help them regain or maintain
optimal health. We also feel it is important that patients feel
that a doctor and clinic staff really cares about them.
At
Chiropractic Clinics of Nevada, we will care for you like we would
our family members. You will receive personal, professional service
every step of the way.
Your initial visit begins with a warm greeting from our staff.
We schedule new patients during special times of the day so that
you are attended to promptly. After some new patient forms are completed,
the doctor will begin a consultation to gather information regarding
your history and your health goals. An examination will be performed
to evaluate if your condition is the result of imbalances in your
nervous system. To determine if your nervous systems function, we
use a special diagnostic machine called the Insight Millennium Subluxation
Station.
Before your visit you can download the new patient form to complete
before your visit.
When completed with the initial history and evaluation, we are
able to tell you:
"What's Wrong?"
We will summarize our exam findings and explain to you in words
you understand what we believe is causing your health condition.
Some of the primary causes of poor health include improper functioning
of the nerves, joints, muscles, ligaments and imbalanced body biochemistry.
"Can Chiropractic help?"
Our doctors are highly trained to determine whether or not your
condition is one that Chiropractic can help. If necessary, we work
openly with other healthcare providers to assure you receive the
appropriate care.
"How long will it take?"
The length of treatment depends on how long your body has not been
functioning optimally, past injuries (if any), and your health goals.
It is truly different for every individual. We will give you estimates
based upon other patients with similar health conditions.
"How much will it cost?"
We will be straight forward with you on the cost of care. Patients
in our clinic are happy to find our rates reasonable and affordable
whether they have insurance coverage or not.
